1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Twogether’s mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

3. Using Twogether

You may use the Services only in a lawful and respectful way. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security or access controls of the Services.
• Submit harmful code, spam, or content that you do not have the right to share.
• Use automated means to access the Services except where Twogether explicitly permits it.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to Twogether.

4. Places, links, and collaboration

You are responsible for the places, notes, links, and other content you add to your lists. Only share public links and content that you are allowed to use.

Twogether may use automated systems to help turn a submitted public link into a place preview. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review a candidate before saving it, and verify important details such as location, hours, availability, pricing, safety, and accessibility directly with the relevant venue or provider.

When you share a list, you are responsible for choosing its members and permissions. Other members may add, edit, or remove content to the extent their role allows.

5. Your content and our service

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Twogether a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Twogether and its content, software, design, and trademarks are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Twogether’s intellectual property.

6. Free and Pro plans

Twogether offers a Free plan and may offer Twogether Pro with expanded features or limits. The current plan features, prices, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.

Pro purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration are governed by the applicable store’s terms and policies. Deleting the app or your Twogether account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available, but they may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to protect security, comply with law, or improve the product.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Twogether or others, or used the Services unlawfully. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any place information, extraction result, third-party link, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, safe, available, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twogether will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. For questions about these Terms, contact support@twogethernow.com.
