1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Twogether handles information when you use the Twogether mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Twogether is designed to help people save places, make shared lists, and decide where to go together. This policy applies to information connected to those features.

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide and improve the Services. This may include:

• Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, sign-in details, and preferences.
• List and place information you create or save, including titles, notes, categories, statuses, collaborators, and invitations.
• Public links you choose to share with Twogether and the place details generated or edited during the save flow.
• Subscription and entitlement information supplied by Apple App Store or Google Play after a purchase or restoration request.
• Technical and usage information, such as app version, device and operating-system details, error reports, and interactions needed to keep the Services reliable.
• Messages and information you provide when you contact support.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate your account, lists, invitations, and place-saving features.
• Process a public link you submit, show you a reviewable candidate, and save it only after your confirmation.
• Provide collaboration features and enforce the permissions selected for a list.
• Verify subscriptions, apply plan limits, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
• Maintain security, diagnose failures, and understand how the Services are performing.

4. Shared lists and public links

When you invite someone to a shared list, the information in that list is available to the members who have access. List owners and editors may be able to add, change, or remove information according to their permissions.

Only submit public links you are comfortable sharing with Twogether. We do not promise that private, sign-in-only, or otherwise restricted social content can be accessed or extracted.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support, and subscription verification providers. Those providers may use information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety and rights of Twogether or others, or as part of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.

6. Payments

Purchases for Twogether Pro are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. Their privacy policies and terms govern their collection and handling of payment information. Twogether receives the subscription status and transaction information needed to provide your entitlement; we do not receive your complete payment-card number.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can remove places and lists from within the app where those controls are available.

To request account deletion or ask about information connected to your account, contact privacy@twogethernow.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No service can guarantee complete security, so please use a strong, unique password and protect access to your device and account.

9. International use

Twogether may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Changes and contact
