Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about saving places, sharing lists, and making plans with Twogether.

What is Twogether?

Twogether is a shared place-saving and planning app for couples, friends, and small groups. Save places you discover, organize them into lists, and decide where to go together.

How do I save a place from Instagram, TikTok, or the web?

Use your phone’s Share Sheet and choose Twogether. We check the public link, prepare a preview, and let you choose an editable list. Nothing is added until you review and explicitly save it.

Can I add a place without a link?

Yes. Manual entry is always available, so you can save a place by name even when a link cannot be extracted or matched.

Who can see a shared list?

Only the people you invite to a shared list can access it. List owners can manage membership and assign editor or viewer permissions.

What does “Decide for us” do?

It helps your group choose from places you have already saved. Apply the filters that matter, then let Twogether return one eligible option. You can reroll if it is not the right fit.

What is included with Twogether Pro?

Twogether starts with a Free plan. Pro expands planning capacity, including unlimited AI extractions and owned lists. Current pricing and purchase options are shown in the app through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Why did a shared link not work?

Twogether can process supported public HTTPS links. Private, sign-in-only, expired, or unsupported posts may not be available for extraction. When that happens, you can still save the place manually.

How can I get help or share feedback?

Use the support option in the app or email support@twogethernow.com. Include a short description of the issue and, if relevant, the type of link you tried to save.
